The
primary function of the analyzer is to eliminate gas waste in industrial
applications. This is done by taking advantage of the available
B.T.U. content of fuel gases. To achieve this, it is necessary to
establish a critical gas to air ratio for complete combustion. This
accomplished, you maximize the efficiency of your gas-air application,
and more importantly, minimize the level of harmful exhaust.
Proper
gas to air ratios can be achieved quickly and maintained easily
with daily inspections. Total industrial man-hours can be reduced
drastically in set-up or start-up operations. This instrument eliminates
the guesswork in fire-setting. The analyzer’s accuracy is within
1% of total volume.
This
analyzer can be mounted in a permanent position, or used as a portable
unit. It is ideal for use on such applications as lehrs, furnaces,
kilns, glass feeders and all pre-mix gas-air systems above 1” of
water column pressure.
